🤎 Studio Note #2

Hi again,

It’s Jess, fresh off my reformer (Pilates Lover) in the middle of the bush in pristine Tasmania, hot ginger-cinnamon tea in hand, laptop on my knees because I’ve been working since 5 am and this is my first calm breath all day.

Let’s get straight to the good stuff.

Your bones are the quiet legends holding everything together. They’re alive, making blood, calming inflammation, texting your brain with mood hormones, and deciding whether you feel invincible or like a rusty gate. Feed them rubbish and life starts creaking. Feed them right and suddenly you’re glowing, moving easily, sleeping deeply, and waking up thinking “hell yes”.

That glow-up? That’s the bloom.

And everything we’re creating is built around giving you different “skus” for different days (because nobody is the same person on Monday as they are on Saturday night)

Work sku → sharp, steady, unstoppable energy
Rest sku → deep repair, sleep like the dead, calm nervous system
Play sku → Mind sharper, strong nails and bones, libido doing cartwheels
