Refunds & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.  Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you will receive an unconditional full refund less postage expenses, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout only.  Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, however your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  BONEnBLOOM will either reimburse or replace the goods where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.  Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
