Let’s talk about blood, because it’s misunderstood.

Blood isn’t just something that keeps you alive.
It’s what carries oxygen to your brain, minerals to your bones, and information to your hormones.

When blood is under-nourished, you feel it as:
• constant tiredness
• cold hands and feet
• brain fog
• anxiety that doesn’t make sense
• hair shedding, brittle nails, poor recovery

For generations, cultures knew this intuitively.
They prioritised blood-building foods during growth, stress, pregnancy, illness, and recovery.

Modern life, however, pulls from blood stores faster than it replenishes them.
