š¤ You donāt āhaveā resilience. You build it.
Jess Skipper
Today I have been reflecting on RESILIENCE
Resilience isnāt grit.
Itās capacity.
Capacity comes from:
⢠Stable blood sugar
⢠Efficient oxygen transport
⢠Digestive ease
⢠Micronutrient sufficiency
⢠Emotional literacy
You cannot mindset your way out of depletion.
You build resilience the same way you build muscle:
Small inputs.
Repeated consistently.
Without drama.
We care about the gut-brain connection.
We are designing formulas around synergy.
This is why play matters.
Because a regulated nervous system adapts.
An inflamed one survives.
And weāre not here to just survive.
