🤎 You don’t “have” resilience. You build it.

Jess Skipper

Today I have been reflecting on RESILIENCE

Resilience isn’t grit.

It’s capacity.

Capacity comes from:

• Stable blood sugar

• Efficient oxygen transport

• Digestive ease

• Micronutrient sufficiency

• Emotional literacy

You cannot mindset your way out of depletion.

You build resilience the same way you build muscle:

Small inputs.

Repeated consistently.

Without drama.

We care about the gut-brain connection.

We are designing formulas around synergy.

This is why play matters.

Because a regulated nervous system adapts.

An inflamed one survives.

And we’re not here to just survive.
